Stephen Comstock was present at the first town meeting in Norfolk, Dec. 12, 1758. He bought land there of James Benedict, March 27, 1759. As administrator of his brother Samuel he sold lands in Norfolk Oct. 25, 1765, and on same day conveyed land to his brother Peter Comstock of Stillwater, N. Y. He moved to Stillwater about 1784.
