Graduated from Dartmouth College in 1796. Taught the following year, the Academy at Charleston, NH., where he won great respect, and gave much promise of usefulness. But he died at the close of the year. An inspection of the inventory of his effects shows us his Greek Testament and other tokens of Theological study, books of literary cast; along with a bass viol and books of vocal and instrumental music.
