Joseph Tucker of Prince George County for and inConsideration of Love good will and Affection which I have andDo bear towards my well Beloved Son in Law John Williamson ofSurry County in Albemarle Parish Have Given and Granted by thesePresents Do Truly, Clearly & Absolutely Give and Grant unto thesd. John Williamson his Heirs and Assigns One Tract or Paarcelof Land lying situate and being in the sd. Parrish of Albemarlein the County of Surry Containing by Estimation One hundred andfifteen Acres more or less Vizt. Begining on the County line onthe South side runing a Straight on the Pattent line toNathaniel Malones line Thence to Stony Creek thence up the Creekthence Corssing the Creek thence up the Beaver Pond Gutt to theDividing County line thence along the County line to the to theBegining . . .
