Notes for Parker Roger Paasch

Garden City Telegram newspaper clipping, Tuesday, February 9, 1960:

Parker Roger Paasch, 49, died of a heart attack Wednesday on a ranch 11 miles south east of Beaver, Oklahoma.

The body was discovered Sunday by ranch hands when Paasch failed to report to his employer. He was working for Tom Judy, Forgan, Oklahoma, a large cattle owner there.

He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church of Garden City, moving from Oklahoma in 1948 to Lakin and to Garden City in 1953.

Survivors include the widow, Sylvia, and two sons Martin and Michael, all of the home at 1601 N. 6th; and sons Jerry, 2504 N. 8th and David, 1203 N. 10th; and two brothers Randolph, Hood River, Oregan, and Alfred, Grenola, Kansas.

Funeral services are planned at Gate, Olkahoma at 2 p.m., Wednesday. Burial is to be in Zelma Cemetary at Gate, the Paasch hometown.
